complimentary beverage clean hallway reusable bottle kind service
The front desk offered a complimentary beverage upon arrival. I chose a refreshing non-alcoholic option! The halls always smelled fresh and clean, which I really appreciated. I loved that they provide reusable water bottles and have refill stations readily available. Staff offered kind service!
The elevator seemed a bit old. it always worked efficiently.

The location offers convenient access to the Public Garden and Boston Common. Many restaurants are close. It is a safe area for walking, even late at night. I walked everywhere!!!

comfortable bed pineapple lotion great location high price hidden taxes
The bed was wonderfully comfortable the bedding felt so soft. I adored all the pineapple scented lotion and body wash. The location makes dining out easy shopping in boutiques is simple just a few blocks away.
They charged my card more than indicated they said this was a deposit.

convenient location subway station small room limited space
the location was convenient. i could easily walk to several points of interest, and a subway station was nearby (it was great for exploring!).
the room i had was quite small. moving around with luggage was a bit challenging (i wished there was more space).
